These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between you (the "Client") and Wildera Safari (the "Company"). By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. A binding contract exists once we have received your deposit and issued a booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges apply based on the date we receive your written notice:
* More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
* 60 to 31 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
* 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost.

4. Travel Insurance

Mandatory Requirement: Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of booking with Wildera Safari. Your policy must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation/repatriation, trip cancellation, and baggage loss. You must provide proof of insurance prior to travel.

5. Health and Medical Requirements

It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to travel. Some safaris involve travel in remote areas with limited medical facilities. Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We recommend consulting a travel doctor for vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis.

6. Itinerary Changes

While we make every effort to adhere to the published itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or wildlife movements. In such cases, we will provide an alternative of comparable standard.

7. Force Majeure

Wildera Safari will not be liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of trips due to "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such events, we will do our best to recover funds from suppliers but cannot guarantee a full refund.

8. Liability

Wildera Safari acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (lodges, airlines, etc.) and accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from the negligence or actions of these suppliers. Clients participate in safari activities (e.g., game drives, walking safaris) at their own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wildera Safari is registered. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
